Conditions of Use
You must be eighteen years old to use this site. If you are under eighteen, you may only use the site in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. Soup Club have the right to refuse at our discretion to supply any goods ordered by you.
Soup Club own the Copyright and ownership for all the information about Soup Club. As a potential customer you may retrieve and display such information on your computer screen and print out individual pages from the Website for the sole purpose of placing an order for our services. The copying, modifying or transmitting of the material for any other purposes is strictly prohibited.
Soup Club reserve the right to make changes to our Terms and Conditions and our Website at any time. Any orders placed after the changes have taken place you the customer will be bound by such changes.
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such a case it is our policy to contact you, and allow you to choose whether you wish to continue with the order at the corrected price.
You undertake that all details you provide to Soup Club for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct. Your order will only be processed once clearance of your payment has been properly received. All goods remain the property of Soup Club until paid for in full.
Availability of Goods
All products are subject to availability and may be change at any time to a similar alternative. We will however contact you if a product you have ordered is out of stock, and if you do not wish to proceed with the order we will arrange for the order to be cancelled. Soup Club endeavours to bring our customers the best value it can.
We always try to buy our ingredients from local markets to support the community. Moreover, we also try to purchase British products wherever we can. We will use organic products if they are available and there is no detriment to the quality of the end product. All our packaging is sourced from ethical sources and is recylable or reusable.
If you have any food allergies or dislikes, these must be voiced during your initial consultation with us. This is to avoid you receiving a meal that you do not like or you cannot eat. Orders are taken in minimum units of five. If for any reason you decide to stop your Soup Club programme we will be happy to offer a refund provided that you give us 48 hours’ notice from the beginning of the day of delivery.
Please let us know of any dates when you are going away where you do not require food as early as possible with a minimum notice of 24 hours. We are happy to put your Soup Club programme on hold while you are away and resume when you return.
If you do go away without letting us know and do not require your meals that have already been prepared, unfortunately you will be charged for these.
Delivery of Meals
Soup Club can only deliver for free in certain areas within W1, W2, W6, W8, W9, W10, W11, W12, W14. See our delivery map for more details.
Soup Club will deliver to your work address during the morning or your home address between 7am and 7pm or at an alternatively suitable time. We will happily discuss an alternative address and discuss the feasibility. For home deliveries our couriers will leave a Soup Club branded bag containing your meals at or near your front door (to be agreed).
We endeavour to recycle as much as possible and would be grateful if you could help us in our efforts and recycle all packaging where appropriate with your local authority.
The Soup Club Guarantee
It is our intention to give total customer satisfaction through the goods and services we offer. Soup Club meals should reach you in perfect condition. If you have reason to suspect that a product is somehow damaged, unfit for human consumption or is incomplete or has not been delivered, please contact us immediately. We shall endeavour to replace the items or give you an appropriate refund where possible and where reasonable. If there is any visible damage to the delivered goods, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately stating that the goods have not been received in good condition. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to make a claim against the courier. We will make a claim against the courier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you. In such a case, the goods will only be collected from the original point of delivery.
Theft or suspected theft of Soup Club goods from the delivery address shall not be deemed as the fault of either the courier or Soup Club Limited. Please let us know immediately if you have reason to suspect that all or any part of Soup Club’s goods have been stolen from the delivery address. We shall liaise with you to make alternative arrangements if there is a risk that the theft will happen again, which may mean making alternative delivery arrangements. In the meantime, we reserve the right to suspend your subscription until new arrangements have been finalised or to cancel the remaining subscription provided that we refund to you the fees for the cancelled period.
Cancellation of orders and returns
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by calling us during normal office hours, or emailing us at enquiries[at]soupclub.co.uk provided that you give us 48 hours’ notice.
If for any reason you are issued with a refund it will be issued to the same payment method as on the original order. A refund will usually reach your account within five working days, but please allow up to 10 working days for it to be credited.
The extent of our liability to you shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
If you have any medical conditions or concerns about your health that may be affected by a change in diet, please consult your GP before starting your Soup Club programme. Soup Club will not accept any liability for any deterioration in any medical condition.
Nothing in these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights as a customer, or exclude or restrict our liability to you for any injury caused through our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above paragraph, we shall not be liable by reason of any misrepresentation (unless fraudulent) or any breach of warranty, condition or other term (express or implied) or any breach of duty or negligence for any damages whatsoever.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to make changes at any time to any part of these terms and conditions. All such changes will be published on the website and/or shall be sent to you by post or with your Soup Club deliveries. If you use the website or place any order with us after the changes have been published, you are agreeing to be bound by those changes.
The above Terms and Conditions cannot be varied except in writing by a director of Soup Club. Therefore anything said by any member of staff on behalf of Soup Club should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by Soup Club. We shall have no liability for any such misrepresentation being untrue or misleading.
